Mainly this shows the info presented for the BASIC command structures. And more importantly, they have "realeased" 2 skills for PI.
Command Center Upgrade skill - adds 1 more PCC that you can command for a total of 6 (1 free + 5).
Interplanetary Consolidation skill - increase energy output of PCC.
The rest of this will just be pictures. Taken with a fuzzy computer.
